HPK Industries Mask Manufacturing

In March of 2020 HPK

…was approached to supply masks to meet the massive supply shortage caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The PPE shortage is a direct result of America’s continued reliance of products manufactured in China. HPK started hand sewing a 3-ply mask single pleat design similar to a style manufactured during the 1970’s.  Michael Liberatore, the company President quickly re-tooled HPK’s operations in order to supply this critically needed product. By the summer of 2020, HPK supplied millions of hand made masks to the market.

HPK currently manufactures two styles of clean room masks, earloop and tie back. Available in Sterile and Non-Sterile.

Moving forward, HPK determined that masks were a natural fit with the current distribution and vendor supply chain and decided to permanently add masks to the product line. HPK invested in multiple automated mask production lines. The company is now operational with mask manufacturing in the new 65,000 sq. ft. facility in New York. HPK manufactures tie-back and ear-loop style masks in sterile and non-sterile offerings.

HPK masks are manufactured in our Frankfort, New York facility. They are made from 100% USA made materials.
